slp intake question

i bought a used slp intake for my 94z, and it doesnt have the fitting for the hose that goes into the stock intake. can i just drill a hole into the intake and put a fitting for the hose or should i just try to sell it and get a different intake. the intake didnt come with filters but i want to make sure i can make it work before spending the money for 2 filters.

What hose are we talking about? The one that feeds the air pump?

AIR pump hose, you could drill a hole into one of the tubes and fab a port for the AIR hose to connect to. or if you dont have to worry about emissions, delete the AIR system.

What he said. I would just unplug the air pump and call it good.
