Question for you ladies

have anyone of you guys been burn by hot liquid between the princesses?

If you how did you take care of that? I was eating some hot soup the other day & its not pretty looking & hurts like heck. when they are not hurting they start itching really bad. The only thing that I have been able to get to stop both the pain & the itch is having an ice pack shove between them.

No its not a sunburn like burn. I want to say this is at lease a 2nd degree burn.

I know I'm not a lady but I'm well experienced with burns. I work with 350F adhesive and I'm one of the first aide people on my shift (so you can imagine how many burns I see)

Aloe vera works well for people who don't have a bad reaction to it. I wouldn't recommend using it if you have a reaction.

If it blistered up then you have a 2nd degree burn. If it amazingly painful but has no blisters its still in the 1st degree category. But the treatment is the same, take pain relievers, make sure you only wash that area with cool water. I've used a cool cloth for a few days afterwards now and then and it feels pretty good.

Just remember to avoid direct contact with ice, or ice in general. Cool, not cold, water is the best way.

If it is a 2nd degree burn try your best not to pop the blister and if it does get popped somehow make sure you keep it covered and clean.
As a side note, most infections are not from getting it dirty, they are from exposure to the air.

I hope that helps

Jay

I had a really bad burn on my wrist one time from steam. the whole area turned black. I ended up going and getting treatment.

If you call your dr I am sure he could perscribe you a burn outnment that will work wonders. If you can keep it covered till the blisters break and are healed.
