Question car seats?

Anyone tried to put car seats in yet? Looks like they might fit.....in my 4th gen the kids legs came up front like little arm rest, not safe at all.

There is more room in the 5th gen. I remember there was a thread on 5th gen about it but I can't find it.

There was a thread posted a couple of days ago about the non Fbody people rating the 5th gen. They talked about installing the car seat and said it wasnt too difficult but you might want to wait till the child is out of the car seat before buying one. One of the big disadvantages they said was that you cant place the seat in the center because its buckets in the back, but they did say that the airbags are child safe so you wont have to worry about the airbag deploying on your youngster.

my 4th gen I've used both rear and front facing car seats. The rear facing we had to move the passenger seat up closer than usual to get the car seat to lay correct and now that my daughter is bigger and we use a front facing seat I take the back cushion out then set it in. That way she sits level to where if she was bigger she would sit at the normal riding heighth. And now we can mouth the seat back to a more comfortable position.

I found the thread on camaro5 about the car seats, they have pics and all. Both mine are in front facing seats and one is almost big enough for a booster seat. Plus I was planning on getting new car seats for my car, which could be a smaller base to fit in the seat.

Go to the link on the first post of this thread. They put one in there and it fits, but idk if its the best. I thought you were looking at getting a LS1, not a 2010.

A 5th gen review from a non Camaro person

Well see if I get a LS1 I can afford to mod like crazy, BUT the wife says I need a warranty and leave the car alone......so kinda just weighting my options.
