Where are they?

Where are all of the new Camaro's? I mean I do see them here and there but why are the lots not full of them like they are the new mustangs and etc?

Cause they are selling out of them, unlike the fords lmao. But, I'm with you. There are only about 15 or so running around the OKC metro and there is only a couple dealers that actually have them.

I did see my first damaged 5th gen the other day though at a body shop. Sad.

Like Tony said the dealers are selling out of them for the most part. There was a IOM 2SS/RS at the dealership in my hometown and then I've seen a couple on dealer websites but for the most part its hard for them to keep them on the lots. I've seen a few running around down here at school and of course there's my step dad's black 2SS/RS back home but I haven't see alot either.

A little birdie told me that the new camaros have out-sold the mustang for the last 2 or 3 months. They must be out there somewhere.

Where you at? Carl Black on Barrett (Kennesaw) has a couple of them.

They are out there but right now the production is still backed up and the only dealerships that are "keeping" them on the lot are asking alot or they are buying them up from other dealerships or doing both

I think the difference you are seeing is that GM had to completely restart its production line for the Camaro, while Ford has had its Mustang line running. All Ford had to do was retool, which is no where near as difficult as getting a whole line up and running. I'm sure this has slowed down the production and such on the new Camaro. Just a thought.

Can you say "Addendum"? Which is the reason I'll wait for the 2011/12 models to be offered (not to mention I need to get a couple of bills out of the way first ).

There are still alot of dealerships out there that will gladly sell at MSRP but unfortuantly there are alot out there that are trying to wring every penny out of those cars..

I have seen maybe 2 on the roads here locally I knew it wouldnt take long but a little birdie told me the next year Mustang is coming out with more HP than the V8 and V6 Camaro so maybe in the near future the Camaro will up its ante as well.
