315's anyone????

Had about 2 hours worth of time today so I finally mounted my ZR1's up. 275's up front and 315's out back. Looks so much better. Deff glad to rid myself of the mighty snowflakes . And yeah I know its dirty, ran outta time with getting the alignment.

Just need my hood and spoiler from the painter and I will be very happy cosmeticly

Gorgeous looking. I got 315 black ZR1's in the garage also. But I will be selling them. Chicago weather doesn't allow 315s for a DD. =p One day though.......

Looking good. Wide tires look nice but the price tag isn't! When my 335's wear out, I'm gonna go with a smaller drag radial for sure, no way I'd pay the price of replacing them btw, what kinda tires did you go with? How's the traction?

I picked up some Sumitomo's for 420 shipped. Cant beat that price. I had the rims in my garage for a while and got fed up. As for traction I cant really say. The weather has been horrible and I keep them inflated a little higher since I have a decent drive to work.

As for a drop, well thats gonna wait. I prefer the factory rake and will only change to springs that keep it. That and well why do shocks and springs when I have 32k on the clock and I am doin a heads/cam package soon

hey did you get the wheels off of ebay from that place called oe wheel distributors? thats where i got mine and the rear 11's are dished like yours whereas most 11 in. wide zr1's aren't dished and have the deep centers instead.
i have sumitomos as well and they do a good job on the road and do suprisingly well in the rain. anyways looks awesome! i am hoping to get the ss hood and spoiler soon too, it really sets these cars off!

Looking good. I can't wait to get mine, they should be here next week, mine have 275 BFG KDW'S all the way around since they are 9.5's in front and back. By the way your rear looks higher now.

The rims I got from a guy local, not sure where they came from. I am however glad they have the dish. I am dying for my hood and spoiler to be back on. Its a Sunoco hood with body line btw. Only the spoiler is an SS but an LT1 SS spoiler.

As for the rear being higher, nope my car has always had the same rake. The pic from the rear was taking while I was sitting on the ground.
