Lower control arms, torque arm, panhard, Drag radials, and a 100 shot.

Depends what are you looking to get out of your car?

Personally...

$ 25 - Short Stick
$400 - Long tube headers
$200 - Y-Pipe
$400 - Catback

That right there is a grand. It's a good foundation to start with and many different directions you can go from there. If you wanted to concentrate more on getting the power to the ground you can work on suspension

$275 - Lower Control Arms & Panhard Bar
$ 60 - Relocation Brackets
$300 - Adj Torque Arm
$150 - Subframe Connector
$275 - Sway Bar Set

Now all that totals $2085 but I rounded up on the prices of most of the things so it should be closer to 2000.

Or you could go with just wanting to make more power and in that case with $1000 to spend after the exhaust I'd do a cam and with supporting mods etc. it will cost aprox $1000

where did you find relocation brackets for $60? everywhere I look they are $85+ shipping.

im spending $2000 on the suspension alone on mine for a little christmas present for myself, then after the 1st of the year, i get to tear into the motor/tranny/rear end.

then the gf is going to buy me the 2009...(its in the air)

when I got my reloc brackets from UMI I believe I only paid 60 for them so unless prices went up at the beginning of the new year that would be where

so far i picked up:

SLP Air Lid - $90
SLP Strut Tower Brace - $110
SLP Loud Mouth 2 - $380
(skip shift not really performance but needed it - $18)
K&N - $45
Short Stick - $17
Total: $660 so far

before I go to track gonna get 275/35/R18 tires for some width

Would gears do much for me? I'm taking it to cordova dragway here as soon as I can I'm expecting not higher than 13.00 hopefully high 12's maybe less with those mods. I ran my 2000 with just a lid and hooker catback and ran 13.2 and I didn't launch it all that hard. Think I'm shootin to low?

you should switch out resonators and purchase LM1...sounds better IMO but to each his own. i would say thats a great start to mod the car. you're covering a little bit of everything, cat back to help exhaust, and a little suspension and then the lid to help with air intake...great start! look into headers and an ORY

If your lookin for stuff to help you get into the low 12s I would get rid of the STB because it's not helping you in straight line performance and even though its like it still adds unessesary weight. Sell that and take the money and buy lca or relocation brackets which will help you a million times more than a STB

go for suspension first...that will drop your slip times very noticeable..stock ls1's can run 12's with a dialed suspension...then tires...get some drag radials...then worry about all the headache of engine performance,,,lol
