96 front end to 98+ front end
I'm wanting to do a front end swap since my car got hit and I got just over 1k from the insurance company to get it fixed. My question is what all do I need. I know I will need hood, fenders, bumper, blinkers, headlights, and the brackets for the blinkers/headlights but do I need anything else? I got a quote today for some of the parts but the guy wasn't sure what all I would need. He had mentioned a support for the brackets but wasn't exactly sure if I would need it.
Also what will I need to get fog lights to work?

I tried doing a search but I couldn't find what all was needed, just that people have done it. My main thing is do I need this support bar or not for the brackets. That alone is almost $80
