rotor problems?

should i get cross drilled and slotted rotors? the ones i have on there now lose alot of there stopping power when they get real hot, like whenever slowing down from more then a hundred. and ive also had problems with my rotors warping and getting hot spots. will cross drilled and slotted rotors help these things? and if so wich ones should i get?
