Pitbull that has been beaten its whole life and not fed for three days....... If ya want practical Viper makes a great alarm. I hate almost all alarms though, cept the Pitbull lol

what makes you say it has become garbage? i have not checked into alarms in years, so i dont know whats good and what isnt anymore. thanks for the suggestions guys.

from exp. and from what most installers say that i know say. viper, clifford , rockford fosgate for example.. etc..used to be exclusivly sold to certain stereo shops. since they went commercial a few years ago...(being sold to retail chain stores) their products have become less reliable and customer service slowly declines also

I don't buy it...
I want specifics, what makes Viper crap all of a sudden? Customer Service??? Do you ever plan on calling them? If someone busts your window and opens your door, will the alarm sound? If so, then you've got yourself a functioning alarm! I'll take an $80 walmart alarm that goes "beep, beep, beep" over a $500 viper that goes "boop, boop, boop"... :P
