the fact that you have to ask leads me to believe you have no experience
take it to a body shop for an estimate/ see what they would do i havent heard of any way to mend plastic....so im thinking they will just recomend a new bumper

You can have small cracks in plastic bumpers repaired depending on its location. If it is in a stress area(like around where the bumper bolts to or on a sharp corner) a body shop will most likely suggest a new bumper. I wouldn't suggest doing it yourself either. I think you need to take it to a body shop. I'm not sure on cost b/c when mine was fixed I had a lot of other work done also, but it's got to be cheaper than a new bumper.
