SS Hood need help.
Im looking for a SS style hood that is well made and under 700 dollars. I see SS style hoods for around 350 but im a bit hesitant to buy one fearing they are made like pure crap and will fit awful also. If anyone had a good experience buying from an online dealer please direct me to that site. Thanks again.

Are you dead set on an SS style hood? If you're looking for that style then there are tons out there, but if you want a little more unique and more efficient, then check out the Ultra Z style hoods. There's one on LM Performence that I love for $770!!!

Here's some I've heard good things about. They have the SS with a 3" cowl for like $550.

I personally like the sonoco hood they have i think the 3 inch cowl on the ss hood is too high

If you are set on an SS hood, buy it from SLP or find one used. Aftermarket SS hoods are gonna be junk and flimmsy and are gonna flex to much. The fitment will also be junk. Trust me, I know from experience
