Storing

Ok, well its that sad unfortunate time where I need to store my Z. I guess I should wash and wax it, then put it up... not sure what I should put it on and where to... cinder blocks, boards? Then gonna throw a cover on it. Anything else I should do? Nothin doin to the motor as it is going to be replaced down the line.

Feedback please, about the best storage method... unfortunately no garage, so it will be outside.

Thanks in advance guys...

I would either drain the tank or put some fuel stabilizer in it and unplug the battery

Do an oil change, put a fuel stabilzer and unplug the battery. I wouldnt worry about putting the car on blocks, it wont sit there for long enough to cause damage to the tires.

Well, oil pan has a hole in it, so i can't change the oil. I think a connecting rod went thru the oil pan, not sure how though... was kind of a mystery because the car was sitting for a month or so before it happened.... fuel stabilizer isn't a bad idea, will do that...

Jack stands a good idea or blocks?
