Thumbs down New noise: Rattling!

Well, i did a search for this, and only found threads with the same problem, but under different circumstances, so ill just ask again...

So there is this rattling comming from under my car. There is no rattling under excellaration. I only hear it after I have driven my car alittle and its in drive while at idle (like at a stop light). Think it maybe either the heat shield or the cat itself, but then I have found the rattling gets louder when I have my A/C on- which is weird.

Dont really hear any rattling when I open my hood, its definitley comming from under my car near the front though... Any ideas?

(Also my exhaust is after market, but my cat is still stock, could it be that the cat has just went bad?) All i know is the rattling is super ANNOYING! LOL Thanks guys!
