Hmm.....chirp chirp sound?

There is a chirp coming from my engine...here is what ive done:

Replaced belt
Took off A/c Belt

I'm pretty sure the chirp is either the alternator or the water pump. I just dont know how to find out which one. Could it be anything else? It isnt really a constant squeal its chirp. It also has kind of a rythem to it, you know what I mean? Its really annoying.

At first I thought it was the water pump b/c the car was losing coolant. BUT, there is no coolant on the ground which means its evaporating which means it may not be the water pump.

Take the belt off and spin the pullys by hand and see if you can hear any noise.
