96 cobra?

theres a kid aroundmy way that has a stock 96 cobra stick and was talkin **** to my girl friend that he wanted to race me cause my car is slow but the thing is i have a 99 z28 with free ram air and borla exhust does he have a chance? mine is automatic.

if your car was stock you should be able to beet him cobra's are slow i just looked on car and driver and a 99 cobra runs a 14.1 stock
