question about spark plugs

hey i figured since im about to go ahead and install long tube headers that i should just change the plugs while im under there but i was wondering what gap size i should get as far as like .40 and .55? whats the difference? is one better than the other? thanks for the help in advance.

If you haven't changed the plugs in a long time then it would be a good idea. The gap really depends on which brand and type of plug you get. Follow the recommendations of the manufacturer. Some plugs don't have to be set at all!

I level support exsist almost entirely on Cherry Point. AV-8B's and some 53's are here as well.
