hood pins?

i will be gettin my new hood i ordered last week sooon. its a bolt-on hood so i was wondering if ill be needing hood pins... i dont want it flying off if thats possible?
ps- if i do need them does anybody know what kind to get or the size?

I copied and pasted this from e-bay ad on the hood you purchased:


All hoods attach exactly as a factory hood, using OEM hardware. Comes in glossy white gel coat finish outer frame and partial inner frame, see pictures for details. Requires sanding before priming and painting. Uses front latch, struts, and hinges.

So my question is why are you saying you need hood pins?

I would strongly recommend pinning it down,especially if you're planning on making a few passes with the car at the track. It's better to pin it than to be fixing a cowl,windshield and roof

The stock hood and after market bolt on hoods are attached in 5 places . I dont see if coming off

You don't need hood pins, it will be just like the hood you have now.
