Your Opinion on tires selection

Im going to go with 245/40/17 in the front and 295/35/18 in the rear.

1. are the NITTO INVO's

2. are the BF GOODRICH T/A KDW

Why the staggered sizes? Why not 18's all the way around?

I run BF Goodrich T/A KD's, 265/35/18 front's & 295/35/18 in the rear

Some of us like the look, and I have found that with more rubber on the back the car is more balanced, the rear end does not tend to be as loose as it did before. My vote is for none of the above...consumer reports rates the Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 the highest of all performance summer tires and I like the Eagle F1 GS-D3's that I have also. Those are my choices. Tires are almost always a personal choice. Depends on what you are looking for.

And if you do decide to stagger I would put a wider front tire on as well...like a 275/40-17

The Nitto Invo's are about $125 cheaper.
As for going wider on the front tres, unless 265's fit on a 8.5 inch wide rim, I wont be able to. I already have the rims, I just need the tires.
Here are the wheels I have. Replica Z06 wheels

Not sure about the INVOs, i know the BFG KDWs are great. Toyo T1Rs are also a great tire from what I hear and probably what im going with.

You're right those are amazing. I wont argue that, but have you looked at the price tag lately for those?

I run 285/40-17 KDW's, and love them- they really stick- I have read really good things about the Goodyear F1's, too- haven't tried them yet-

My experience with Michelins is that they make a really nice tire, but you pay for it- sort of like Goodyear, I guess- Oh, BTW- Michelin owns BF Goodrich now-

ZO6 cam and springs- 332 RWHP and 346 RWTQ- not bad for almost stock. There goes the "stealth" theory.... "Older, not SSlower" Curmudgeon in Residence
