P0161 Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) heater circuit Bank 2 Sensor 2
This one usually means the heater went out on the O2 sensor. I would replace both if you have the cash.

P1416 Secondary Air Injection (AIR) system Bank 2
Check the check valve on the manifold. It could be clogged or your air pump could be going out.

The easiest (and cheapest) way is to just take it to Autozone. They do it for free. But, you can drop $40 and get a scanner for your car. I have one and I love it.

The cheap ones will tell you what the code is and you will have to look it up in the book they give you. You can get them at Autozone as well.

If you just need to know what all the codes mean, then just go Here. On the bottome of the page, you can switch from obd1 to obd2 and trans codes.
