Exclamation tail lights

ok so i use to have the ls1 tail lights that came on the car...those tails cracked and let water in. right where the reverse light met the turn signal part. so i got new tails and i ended up getting lt1 tails. well, now the driver side one cracked and let soooooo much water in it.

instead of buying a new tail light, is there anything i can use to seal up the crack? something thats clear and won't be all bumpy on the smooth finish of the tail light?

why are my tail lights cracking? the passenger one is fine but it looks to have stress marks like it will crack soon. why is this? i dunno whats up with them..anybody else have this problem?

thanks

that is really weird. I wouldn't think it was from tightening them down to hard, but I don't really know why they are doing that. The reason I don't think its that is bc If mine aren't tightened down really really good then my sub rattles them and makes them even more loose. Hope you get it figured out. I wish I knew
