REMOVE THE BUMPER,THEN UNBOLT THE TABS FROM THE BACK SIDE.IF YOU PULL TOO HARD YOU'LL BREAK THE FASTENING TABS.
IT WILL ALSO LEAVE HOLES.IF YOU PLAN ON EVER PUTTING IT BACK ON YOU'LL BE GLAD YOU DID IT THIS WAY

just tug on it easily, to much muscle will mess the bumper up. you can always buy a new one for $30.00 at the dealer. taking the bumper off and putting it back on is about 3hrs labor according to the "book". had many dealer body guys tell me just pull on it, but easy when doing it so you don't mess up the bumper. I however didn't care for mine was being put back to original. mine was diffrent till a diffrent dealer got a hold of it. I like how mine looks now.

With the loss of a little skin, you can get to teh nuts behind the facia form teh bottom under the raditor if you don't want to use the brute force method. When I put my SLP bowtie grill on, I used the brute force method, and it was very easy to accomplish. Just take your time -- don't try to just rip it off. Start on one side and gradually pull. as you apply more pressure, you will hear teh nuts POP off the studs behind the facia- I think there are either four or six that hold teh grill on.
