Brake line adapter

I don't know where i got this adapter, but I have them on my rear disc setup and one of them is leaking now. Can anyone help me out in telling me what they are off of.

That is just a junction block. You only have one line running back there, then there are two lines going to the wheels. You can get that part, or any washers or whatever at any parts store.

What year is it off of? Everywhere I go they just smile and laugh. NAPA, Autozone, Advanced. All of them have no idea what to pull it up as.

That looks a lot like a banjo fitting. I know there are fittings similar on the front calipers but they are fixed on the hose.

I'm guessing they made it square so the the line can only line up one way. Typically they are round with the bolt through the center and two compression washers, one on each side of the fitting where the bolt passes through

I was thinking 82 and up factory power rear disc camaros.
