Question Rear Seats loose?

I have a 2001 SS. The rear passenger seat seems to be loose. The rear part of it is sticking up instead of down like it should be. I don't see how it attaches to the floor. Can anyone tell me if they have this problem and how this seat is suppose to be secured? I would appreciate any advice that any of you would have. Thanks.

There isnt really anything that holds them down. They pretty much just get shuved down in there and stay. So just push it back down and you should be good to go.

So I guess that the back rest is what holds the cusion down? Maybe my back rest isn't aligned correctly or something. I have pushed it down before but it just pops back up.

there is a bolt at the front of the bottom cushion, but nothing to hold down the back, push it back in a nd all will be good.
