SLP "Performance Prepped" ???

I just talked to a guy who is selling his 99 SS, and he said that it is 1 of 10 that were "performance prepped" What does this mean? what is different about these cars? Anyone know anything?
I am considering buying it. Here is what he lists as some of his mods.

SLP air box
K&N filter
SLP y-pipe
B&B cat back
Hooker equal length headers-ceramic coated in and out
shock tower brace
center force clutch
370+hp

It means that it had more than the base alterations done to it from SLP. Probably the Bilstien level 2 suspension, Auburn diff etc. Try looking in the passenger door jamb, sometimes there is an SLP vin decal that actually spells out what the car came with. The drivers side vin decal just has the codes.
