After market coil for LS1

Does MSD or Accell mak a upgrade coil for our LS1 motors? I have looked at several sites for it and don't see one for my car. Is the stock coil from GM good enough?

I found this coil from MSD, part #MSD-8231. It says it fits GM 96-99 GM. It does not say exactly what it will fit so I still don't know if this is the right one. I don't know if I even need to change my coils, just wondering if it will make a differance.

I kinda dont think it will really make that much differance. Im going to say and this is just a guess but the factory coils are prob. plenty hot for our motors.

You know, when you got nothing better to do than sit around and think of ways to spend money on your car, you end up with questions like this. lol This all started when I saw a MSD coil that was red and I thought it would look good under my hood since my car is black with red trim. I have red STB and red taylor wires. I just thought it would look cool.
