Heat and AC
Hey, this is rather an odd problem I have been having. Whenever I turn on my AC or heat controls, no matter what setting it is on, it blows out from the bottom vents by my feet and up top onto the windshield and my side windows(Defroster setting). I believe that I fried it or something one day when I left it on the defroster setting by accident, but now I can't get it to come out from my dash vents and its extremely annoying. Has anyone else had this problem or heard of it?
Like I said, no matter which setting it is on, it always blows out from the same bottom and top vents and won't switch to the dash board vents. Thanks in advance. |

First, check your Vacuum Check Valve for proper operating vacuum ton. Second, make sure you are getting vacuum to the selector then to the door valves.

It sounds like the shutters are disconnected. Check the switch.

It crumbled? What do you mean? Cuz my problem is the heat and ac only come out the floor vents and the window defrosting vents... and it sucks on cold days because i have to freeze for a little while before the entire car warms up on the inside....
where is the vacuum check valve located exactly? |
