300ZX Twin Turbo?
Ok i have a guy that works with me and he drives a 1996 300ZX Twin Turbo, and acording to him he says that there are only 100 1996 300ZX Twin Turbo Automatics, that made it to the USA. Now I don't know much about 300's but i am pretty sure that there are more than 100. I was wondering if any of you guys know anyone who would know the answer to this? Also how much a stock 300 ZX TT is running at the wheels? Thx i want to know the truth cause he wants to run me.

I have seen quite a few TT 300Z Autos, so I doubt there are only 100 in the US.

ok my buddy has a tt z and he says its true, 100 tt autos in 96, 300 tt total, and if there is any one that would know it would be him.

To my knowledge there is no documented number of auto vs 5-spd tt in 96. There was most definately more than 300. They made 300 commerative edition z's to mark the last 300 off the line to finish off the great cars they were. They did have around that actual rwhp. Run him and tell us what you end up with, good luck!

I would like to run him but.... he wont yet until he puts all of his parts into his car. And plus he is takeing it down to Georgia to get his transmission swaped for a 5 speed. But he did race another guys i work with and that guy drove a vette, and the 300 TT won too. But the vette was a 94 and I think it had a crappy LT1 in it. But cause the guy couldn't even do a burn out in it.
 But i'll let you know if he races me.

If i could chime in I believe they only made 400 nissan 300zx's in 96 period i can't tell you which ones were TT's and which ones weren't but i believe 300 were TT and if that is so i could believe that only a third of them are auto's
Sounds like hes on the money PS the beauty of the TT is the chip that cost about $600 and it boost the hp to 360. In a car that light it sounds like a winner!
