When i got my car it came already with the rs body kit and it gives the camaro more curves, as well as makes it look lower to the ground. The ss hood im not so sure about that im going to try to get the ram air hood when i get enough money, but its ur car and ur money.

I have the rs body kit too, it came that way from the factory. It looks really cool but thats it there are no real aerodynamic advantages or anything except for maybe the spoiler. If i were you i would get the ss hood and spoiler looks better i think.

Yep these guys are right. there is no real performance advantage to adding a body kit. Actually if you want to get real technical they are going to cut down on performance because of the added weight. Its going to be minimal though. I put a body kit on my car and love it. If you like then go for it.

i like the way the rs kit looks, and i have also thought about the ss hood, which i am like 99% sure i am going to do, but i dont know about the spoiler, i mean i like it, but cant decide if its worth the money.

Yeah Mykdiver is one of those guys that has the ability to highly mod his car because it dosent have to be driven daily like many of us so he likes to spend money on the big performance parts.

I'm a big fan of the SS hood/spoiler, but the RS body kit is really sorry looking. When I got my Z, I almost bought a silver 2002 SS which has the body kit on it- I would have removed the body kit first thing, but then I just realized that it wasn't worth it, so I went with my 2000. The kit looks like an afterthought, like something that was just slopily glued on. I'd go after Mr. Bowtie's body kit if you really wanted to spice it up.
I personally like saving the extra weight Spend the money on a real mod. |

I do like the SS hood/spoiler. I just like the clean looks of the car without body kits. But then again to each his own. ![]()

Im with mykdiver on clean lines of a car. However I think that you can add apperance mods and still keep "clean" lines as long as you dont go overboard with stuff. Like adding stripes and graphics or overdone wheels. I like a car to flow seamlessly from front to back with as little interuption as possible. Thats why I have stuff like headlight/taillight blackout and window tint.

i am open to suggestions i am not decided on anything yet, i am pretty sure i want the SS hood, but the SS spoiler and body kit(any body kit) im not sure of yet, i know i want to eventually get the 18 inch Z06 rims, and a darker tint, and i have thought maybe some stripes would look good, but i dont know, I have also thought about painting it red...
for pics to http://www.cardomain.com/id/camaroblood lemme know what you think and any suggestions you have, thanks -Danny
