I wanted to do the same thing to my 2002 z28 but I did not know which size rims to get. Which is better 17's or 18's. Im still in debate. How much did you lower your car? and what size tire did you use. Your car looks really good.

I liked the Look of the 18's Better.I used the Kuhmo Ecstas 275/35/18,they fit perfect on the 18x9.5 rims.It hass the Gran Sport Corvette offset on the Rims. The drop was About 1.5" with the Eibach Pro Kit Springs. All together the Rims/Tires and Drop was Only about $1850.

Do you have all 18's? I thought the Z06 rims were 18x 10.5..
How much was the drop kit? Was it hard to install?
The Z06 wheels were they takeoffs or replics? With my C5s cost me around $1100 thats with Cont. extrems. 17and 18's

One more thing. After droping it does your y-pipe scrape all kinds?

Is the ride alot better? Would you reccomend it? thanks

Yes,They are 18x9.5 all around. With the Offset(56mm) it doesn't rub at all. With the Eibachs it hasn't rubbed on the bottom yet anywhwere. And Yes......They are Replicas,Chromed. The Eibachs were only $229 and they took me about 3 Hours to get the Springs In.The ride is Great...But all the Eibachs I've used have been great!!

Are the stock Z06 and Replicas different sizes? I know I have stock C5 rims that are 18x9.5 and there is proably a inch maybe less in the rear. When you put 18 on the front how is the turn ratios?

What brand tires did you go with?

You can get the replicas in 17X9.5, 18X9.5, 18X10.5. and maybe more I am unaware of.

I was thinking about putting a 275/40/18 on my 2002z. Do you think it will fit and with no rub and I wanted to drop in it 1inch. I was concerned because you have a 35 series tire on your 18s. The 40 series might not fit but what do you think about that.
