Replacing front grille hard?

i have the licence plate in my grill..i want to take it out and put in a new grille..is it hard to take out? what has to be done

Taking it out is easy, just pull it out and it will come. Getting it back in will never happen again with the old grill. Unless you take the front clip off and do it the right way. I never intended to use mine again though, so i was not going to do all that work..

whether i yank the old one out or take it out the right way, i will still have to take the front end off to put a new one in right.

No, not to install.. its the way the plugs are set that hold the grill in. You can install the new one without pulling the nose..

yea me to i was thinking of the red ss grill but i wonder if i have to put a front plate on it i really whould not like to drill holes on that grill

I wish i had saved the pics I took of my friend's....it looks aggressive, sort of like a manta ray actually (sea animal, not a car or anything lol)..... There's the CAMARO lettering in there, plus two large holes on either side which have the styrofoam nose form in there....many guys will paint the Camaro letters an opposing color, and get some metal screen/mesh and paint that, and put it in the holes, so it looks even more aggressive..I've highly considered it!
