98-00 More Agressive Cam 01-02 LS6 Intake
I was reading the thread about stock 1/4 mile and LS1PoweredZ said "Going back to the LS6 intake manifold in the 01-02 Z'z, they really dont have more HP cuz 98-00 Z's have a more aggressive cam. So they even each other out. I remember reading that somewhere." I was wondering if that is true or not?

The cam did change, for the better. The 01-02's have more bottom end and midrange torque and horsepower than the 98-00's. The important numbers are the average under the curve not the peak hp and tq numbers.
