2 Questions About Front Seats

I know, I'm full of questions this week..but gotta keep this place alive, and gotta get my ride looking good Anyways..here goes...

1) My drivers side seat back (black leather) has about had it. When I bought it, the lumbar regions were already worn and cracked pretty badly, and now the coloring is starting to come off the middle part where my back usually rubs (I guess it was from driving the car while wearing a wet shirt)...

Is there a place to buy just a brand new black leather seat back?

2) Some idiot, while getting into my car, must have broken the lever that moves the passenger seat fore/aft...the lever is there, but the little cables under it have snapped, so the seat no longer moves...am I going to have to remove the seat to fix it, or can I jury rig it otherwise?

Thanks
