eibach wheel spacers

What do you guys know about wheel spacers? I'm not sure of what type or size to get, or if there are any negatives to these.

Summit and Jegs has spacers. I run them with my drag wheels or at least the fronts I do. They have them in various sizes. If you run spacers you should get longer studs because the wheels dont have much room for the lug nuts with the spacers.
