hows your sound system? from your little picture, if thats your car, it looks like you got a great color, the Xenon body kit, so I would say, sound system, rims and or hood, or something else, like maybe getting the seats re upholstered or doing something like that.

the body kit is the factory kit. I'm looking at spending the money on performance options at this time. Whenever I do decide to get a sound system i know exactly what i'll get, 2 kicker solo baric 12" L7 with a 2000 watt U.S. Amp.

Well if your looking for performance then You can do what the other guys said and go with a cam and headers or you could build the suspension up. New lower control arms, new torque arm sub frame connectors, strut tower brace, new panhard bar, bigger anti sway bars, stiffer springs with better shocks. Take your pic. You wont be able to afford all that on a 2K budget but you could knock out the big stuff at least. That will help plant your new power when you get it.
Just another option to be aware of. Personally I would do the cam and headers before that stuff but some people shoose to do it this way... Up to you.
