Taking Spoiler off
I got a quick question. I'm going to put stripes on my 1998 z28. I want to put them to go through under the spoiler, but I feel I'd do a bad job reaching in the tiny space. Is there a good way to do it without taking it off? Or if I have to, does anyone know how to take off a spoiler? I've been trying to find a site that shows how to do it, but no luck yet.

no need for a site, all u have to do is take off the plastic panel inside the hatch, and once its off u will see the bolts for the spoiler, take them off and ur done.

Yeah taking the spoiler off is no big deal at all. Once you have the bolts loose just unplug the third brake light and just set it aside.

Also make sure that you unplug the CHML or third brake light, otherwise you will have the spoiler kind of dangling around.
