Ram Air Firebird or SS?
Hey guys, I'm about to purchase a project car and was looking at a 02 Ram Air TransAm or a 02 Camaro SS. I'm going to be doing a lot of mods to it and was wondering which car you guys suggest. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Your in a Z28 forum asking which to buy !!!???
At least i can be objective when i say,, if your wanting to spend over #$ 2,000 more for equivilent car & prefer the style & profile of the Trans Am Ram Air... go for it shallow hal !!! But if ya want the original F-Body King,, that they copy,, then buy Z28... I did & LOVE mine... Check with your insurance company though as a Convertible Z-28 is usually cheaper to insure than coupes are ,, depends what your gonna use it for hot rod = coupe ,, enjoyment = convertible. ya suprisingly enough the insurance on my 99 Z28 m6 is like 3to 5 bucks cheaper a month than insurance was on my 98 V6 firebird a4 dont know how.. dont know why .. but it was. they both have t-tops btw. insurance was like 20-30 more for the t/a i believe
