Check this out, I've had a lot of friends begging me to race this guy with a 02 Stang GT with a vortech charger, paxton intercooler, and cobra r transmission for the longest time. He's pushin over 400 horses and I've got a 98 Z with nothing but flowmaster exhaust, Kumho ZR tires, and K&N and it's an auto. Anyway, we line them up and a friend flags us, both of us spun about 3 feet or so but i jumped him off the line about a car and gradually starting increasing that distance, at about 50 he starts to catch up but we cross the line just before he reaches my back tire. He just won a trophy at a local dragway for runnin a 13.02 in the quarter this past weekend. I was so stunned, and so was he, he wouldn't even talk to me after the race. HEHE!

Just like to say good kill. He might have 400 HP, but does he have enough torgue? I have raced many Mustangs(sound very bad ass). Won all except only been beat by an 03 cobra & a hopped up 5.0. The 5.0 was kick ass, the 03 cobra caught me off gaurd. Think I will get the next one.
I had a stock 02 Z28 at that time. Just added MTI air lid and K&N |
