They make what is called a charge kit, it is a 2 part kit with cleaner and oil. It is pretty simple, follow the directions and you cant go wrong. Just give your self plenty of time to let it dry out and dont be in a rush. You can buy the kit anywhere they sell the filters..they run about 8.00 and last long enought to do 3 or 4 cleanings..
