it depends... that one would more than likly come down to driver r they autos or sticks.. i've heard t/a's 99 and up r just a twitch faster but not enough to make n e difference. the winner would be whoever could grab the best traction and shift the quickest

they're both autos...i've heard that b/c the trans am is heavier, it may be a bit slower.
