Most guys that go with "old school" emblems go with the ones off of early 70's. They were a block style with a big red Z. Nice unique touch, IMO. I don't think I have any pics of the one guy in my local camaro/f.b. club that has them. I have never seen red ones, only the vinyl stickers that go over them, my sister did that to her firebird emblems ('02 bird), if you like shine, Check out camaro classics or RK Sport, they have some sharp looking laser cut polished stainless. I bought a set of 3 but don't have the heart to peel my stock ones yet. Actually, the car I'm telling you about has emblems that look like Mykdiver's avitar(under his name). Go hit some post in the LT1 section and your're bound to see his name and the Z28 emblem.

I bought those 1969 style emblems. The ones with the big red Z outlined in crome with the silver slash and silver 28. I cant wait to put them on. I still have to wait till i get my car painted. If you cant find a place that sells them for cheap you might have to buy them from LS1speed.com, they sell them for like $90 a pair. Their OER original GM parts that are ment for restoring the first gens. If you really want nice original ones, these are the ones to go with. The craftmanship is beautiful on them. Check it out.
