My O1 SS HardTop has the ebony cloth. Beautiful and WAYYYYY more comfortable than the leather, plus like the others said, you don't slide around too much. Now, leather costs more, but for a hardtop, I wouldn't trade my cloth for leather. Both my convertibles have leather, but that's pretty much the only way to go...can't imagine how wet the cloth would stay and for how long if I ever forgot to put the top up.
BTW, it's for sale. I think it's gonna be on The Bay this weekend. Pictures of her are in the gallery if you have interest.
