i think its answered now lol, idk i dont have any expierence w/ taking a steerin wheel off a 4th gen but on my old 3rd gen i remember it bein a big pita

I did one on my 66 mustang, it was easy.

I don't think your car would pass state inspection w/o airbags as they are required by law in vehicles now.

4 or 5 pt harnesses are very good looking but not very economical since it takes a while to get them on every time you want to go soemwhere. plus tehy requre a roll cage which adds up to some major moolah

they dont REQUIRE a roll cage, there are some that bolt to the bottom of your seats where they are bolted into the floor.

i like my steering wheel.....radio,cdplayer and cd changer controls....airbag....it would be stupid to switch for a cheap piece of crap steering wheel

shoulder belts should never be bolted to the bottom of the seat or floor; only RIGHT way is having a mount behind seat around shoulder hight......but we dont usually do the RIGHT thing anyways.
