Punch the gas!!! You should win with no mods easily due to his weight, and independet rear end.
If you want put on a lid, and a filter, do the free mods, and maybe an exhaust cutout.
That should free up about 20 rwhp.

ya he will win as it sits now. if it was 04 it would be different. get a lid, filter, and freemods as mykdiver said, do a basic tune up (plugs, wires, oil change, etc) and mabie get some headers or an intake. oh and of course mount some slicks on er. you should kill him with most of what i said above.

Yes, 2 passengers. The deal was I have 2 Passengers in the car (so I cleverly chose to put them in the back for traction) while he only has himself.
I have LT Headers already, so your saying do the whole intake renovation, maybe a new Muffler? I run 325 stock and hes 400, but he cant do any mods on his though :-D

OTHER RULES!!!
Street tires only

Get a catback, or a cutout.

Also the GTOs weigh 3800 lbs and your car should weigh about 3500 lbs.

My auto tranny should be heavier than his manual, right? And i still have to have 3 people in the car vs 1...
Also add the 2 subs and the sub box weight, but that can theoretically help the traction right?

The weight might be about even. I would say your car with headers, free mods, lid, filter, and cutout would take him.
