Underdrive Pulleys
I was looking at the ASP Racing website and they are advertising that with their Harmonic Dampner Crank/Alt. Pulleys installed you will gain 12-15 hp.
Does that sound correct? That seems like an awful lot hp just by adding some pulleys (maybe they are pullying a SLP move by infalting their hp ratings??). If that number is accurate why would I not want to ditch the CAI and put that money towards the above pulley kit (a kit with the above two pulleys is only 229.00)? Cai doesn't get near that does it? Thanks.

Get the CAI, dont go for pullys. We dont need them unless you have a supercharger really. Not very good gains in hp for the LS1. Mustangs on the other hand, their 4.6 engines respond to pullys a lot more and will see hp gains like what you said.
