Speakers or wires

Okay. You know how a blown speaker sounds right? Like a lot of static when treble is played or bass or whatever. Well, here's the thing, I thought my right passenger side speader was blown, but it's not. I had the Infinity Kappa series speaker on it when it happened. I thought it was popped, so I switched it to my older Infinity Reference series speaker thinking it would be fixed. Well, it wasn't. My driver side speaker works fine, but not the passenger. I'm not sure if this has happened to anyone, but any help on seeing what to do to fix it would be nice. It doesn't happen alll the time. If I have my radio at volume level 8, it's fine and dandy. Anything after, I get the static. Bass sounds fine on it, but either mid-range or treble makes it sound like crap. So... anything?

Take it where you got the speakers put in at and ask if they can help you out and check it out. I have a blown driver door speaker and i just turned on the bass on my amp for my sub so it takes all the bass and my speakers handle my treble.

Well, I installed them myself. They were doing fine for like 2 weeks, until this started happening. Which is why I'm a bit confused about it.

That still sounds like a blown speaker, unless u used some sorry wire or to small of a wire.
