Headlight conversion kit?

I dont know if i like the fact that i'd have to remove the sealed beam system to install the vortex... And were the headlights round?

I found a few on Ebay. Im thinkin the HID kits are the way to go. They fit into your rectangular sealed beam cases right???

HID kits are legal in all 50 states. Blue headlight lamps are illegal in some states, as are the smoked covers on your head and taillights... (But that doesnt mean i still dont want a set of thoes)
Speaking of... Where can i get a set of thoes smoked covers for my headlights and tailights???

i got my gts blackouts for my taillights for 35 new on ebay . .theres some on there right now just type in camaro blackouts for the search . . .

just keep checkin out ebay he postes them on there allot . . yea i likem they make my car look sleeker and they are bright i lovem . . just on ebay type in camaro lt1 for the search and the headlight conversion kit should pop up

i just wondered how you liked the actual light that shines out. i have some xenon bulbs that i put in my sealed beams that give out more of a blue light. does the vortex kit give off pretty much the same kind of light or is it more white? i was thinking of getting the vortex conversion a while back but then i started looking on ebay and stuff and found that you can get universal HID conversion kits. didnt mean to make that confusing, sorry

yea they are bright . . .they are hyperwhite bulds they light up the road will good

I just bought a kit from EuroLights. It cost about $80 for the lowbeams and it converts it from a sealed beam and has a xeon powered bulb for a "ultra bright white". It should arrive in about a week.

Ill write again once i get them installed.

Hey I did the pull out factory bulbs a couple of months ago and I am happy. Yank em out and replace with a quaulity 9005 and 9006 bulb combo with a good sealant and you've got what you normally buy but brighter. I used the Street Glow Xenon whites, $50 fo all four bulbs .....awesome,I also have the quad beam kit so that all four lights stay on when you switch to high beam.

This place just starting selling the HID CONVERSIONS for our camaros...and i seen it the other day online while i was just browsing around.. BUt it was $800 yes i said $800. but i can't remember for the life of me where it was but im sure i will run across it agian sometime...if i do ill tell ya!

By the way this was a REAL HID CONVERSION not just some bulbs or some universal kit, or that cheap kit for sale on ebay.. i guess ya pay for what ya get!!!
