Largest tire on a 17x9?
I was debating with a guy at work today about the largest size tire you can fit on a 17x9 wheel. Can someone settle the bet.

275/40/17 is the largest tire any manufacturer will ok for a 9" wide rim. You could probably get away with a 285mm wide tire though.
