The little power window/door lock section...

(*I didn't know if this would be under computer/electrical or not, I figured it's not because it doesn't have to do with the main theme of the electrical threads. But please move it if I am wrong *)

On my drivers side door, the little section where you roll down the windows and lock the doors are misbehaving on me. I always knew that little section wasn't quite right on my door but here's the issue, I don't want to take it apart before I can get a good look at some of the internals.

This is actually one thing I can work with, electronic type stuff, anyone know a website that might have a schematic to that area of the door? I just want to take the panel out (the small plastic one, not the door) and put a reinforcement for the power windows because the drivers side power window button keeps bending into the actual panel. I have to take a knife and get it unstuck. Also, the little light so you can see the buttons in the dark is burned out and I want to replace that.

If anyone knows anything about this, that'd be great, I'm going to open it up here in a few days when I get some time, but I was hoping someone would know of a picture or something before I get my hands in there.
