New Brakes Squeek all the time

I just installed new brakes not to long ago and they squeek when I'm braking moderately. If I brake hard it doesn't make a sound. It sounds like its coming from the front.

Did you put anti squeal on the plates on the back of pads? If you did, did you have any issues when you drove the pistons in on the calipers?

I didn't realize i had to put anti squeel on the pads. So does that mean the problem isn't serious. I only had a problem with one of the calipers because one of the bolts was rusted and I couldnt even get it back on the rotor, but I cleaned it up and everything went back together fine.

Yes, you put anti squeal on the metal plates on the pads. Don't get it on the pad surface though. The bolts, I clean up real good and lube so they slide easily.
