z28 anniversary???

I just got a 2002 z28 it says it is an anniversary edition. What is the difference between that and a regular z28? I have a hurst shifter, but what else is different? Anything under the hood?

All of the 2002 year cars are anniversary editions. Some have the appearance packages (I think they might just be SSs but I am not for sure on that) but there isnt anything different on the cars besides the differences between the Z28 and the SS.

Its the same as back in 97 when the 30th anniversary Camaro came out. You had the special anniversary edition with the white and orange stripes package but every Camaro that came out that year was an anniversary Camaro and had it on the headrest of the seats and I think it had a plaque somewhere in the car too.

It was an option only for the SS. It was just stickers, badges, and headrests. Nothing really different.

All the 02 cars said that. You don't have a 35th anniversery "edition" unless it has the 35th stripes.

Correct. Every 2002 Camaro is a 35Th Anniversary. The One to watch for is the Special Edition red with silver stripes SS. They only made about 2500 copies of that car.
